This calculator applies a transparent, adjustable weighting model -- based on common-law fair-share heuristics used in tenant mediation -- to room attributes and produces a defensible split everyone can see the math behind.
The calculator is free. You pay $5 for the PDF artifact: a printable, signable agreement that makes the split official and gives you something to point to if things go sideways later. Housemates who disagree with a weight can adjust it together, rather than arguing about a final number with no explanation behind it.

What is the refund window?
